-keep digging into our yard, tunneling from the top of the hill behind our house. There are tons of tunnels that they've dug on that hill. Our pretty grass is being destroyed by little critters. And our two dogs who should be keeping animals out of our yard?? Only making it worse. They're digging back, which only upset the squirrels, making them dig even more. And so the cycle continues. I do think they're smarter than we're thinking. They know the dogs cant get to them, so they stand on the hill, 4 ft from our fence and tease our dogs.....then they tunnel into our yard at night, the dogs dig the next morning, then the dogs get in trouble. They watch all of this transpire, perched on their mound of dirt, laughing in their chirpy-bark like calls. I can hear them now.

Kind of makes me want to watch Fantastic Mr. Fox.
